This home has popular color combinations. The cabinets will be Birch with Camden doors and Frontier stain with crown molding. This home will have 2 panel oak solid core doors and Colonial trim. There is a small 4 shelf pantry located next to the kitchen. You'll have some seating at the bar in the kitchen. Off the kitchen you'll have a 6' Pella Duracast 6' Patio door.

The windows will be upgraded to Pella Impervia fiberglass casement windows with a black exterior and interior that will pop on a white siding. Casement windows perform the best in dusty and windy areas and give you the most light. The exterior window trim, soffits and fascia will also be black. You're Therma Tru 2 panel front door will be painted back on the interior and exterior by Therma-Tru.

You'll love the pass through from the laundry to the master so clothes are easier to put away. You'll have a closet with 4 shelves for some storage space.

The 18" built in linen cabinet is a nice touch. You'll have plenty of countertop room in the master bathroom with 5'. There will also be some privacy with a 1/2 wall beside the toilet. The master has a walk-in closet with 4 built shelves, double poles in the back and single pole on one side for hanging clothes.
