Wardcrafts one of a kind custom home catalog. Please allow 6 weeks for delivery. Sometimes it is nice to have something in your hands that you can review over and over, mark up, put tabs in etc. We’ve included options for plans so now you’ll find not one but possibly 3 bathroom ideas, walk-in shower options, island options and perhaps an alternate kitchen, pantry or laundry. We show over 30 kitchens and picture all angles of the islands, open pantries to show the inside (over 25) and give dimensions so you can better decide what fits your needs. We use top brands like Moen, Pella, Lennox, Kohler and Kichler.
Date of Catalog. Due to the pandemic and supply issues we have not released a new catalog since Fall 2017. Many tiles, windows and various other products may no longer be available. Options shown may also be outdated. Your project manager can show you current selections available. We also are currently only building one piece floorpans (thus under 1,980 sq ft). Our web-site contains the most recent photos.
Floorplans: Not all of the plans in the catalog are current. This web-site will contain our current plans. You may also custom build.

Mailing Times: Catalogs are sent bulk mail so allow 6 weeks. I you would like a catalog sooner you can visit either of our locations in person or download our digital catalog. Repeated catalog request will not be honored in this time period. You can download the online edition below.
Coverage Area: Catalogs are only sent to those building in our coverage area in NE, KS, parts of CO.
Kansas – All counties EXCEPT for counties in South Eastern KS, Wyandotte, Johnson and Miami. The counties in SE Kansas we do NOT build in include: Coffey, Anderson, Linn, Greenwood, Woodson, Allen, Bourbon, Elk, Wilson, Neosho, Crawford, Chautauqua, Montgomery, Labette and Cherokee. We also do NOT service the following counties in SW KS: Hamilton, Kearney, Finney, Stanton, Grant, Gray, Haskell, Morton, Stevens, Seward and Meade
Nebraska – All counties.
Colorado – Wardcraft is a builder of new custom modular homes in the following counties in Colorado: Logan, Morgan (From Brush East), Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington (only Akron & Otis) and Yuma. Wardcraft also builds homes for Stoneham and Raymer in Weld county (you must specify one of these cities when requesting a catalog).
One per household. We send these to you for free. You are welcome to download the digital catalog and send it to as many people as you like, however we can only send out ONE COPY per household. Your builder can give you an additional copy should you need one.
