Get a nice sized kitchen with lots of cabinets along with a corner pantry. Add the optional island for a larger surface area and even more cabinets (shown to right). This plan can easily be made larger if you want to add some extra space. Add 2'-4' to gain a larger dining/living room or even more space in your kitchen.

You'll have easy access to your master bathroom thru the laundry. Choose to have a large countertop surface in your laundry with a window above. Or the optional bench with cubbies which then moves the window over above the washer. Need the extra cabinet space above the washer? Then simply ask to remove the window and have 2 sets of 30" cabinets as shown in the original plan (thus lots of storage space but no window).

Your master suite will include a walk-in closet. You can of course add more windows above your bed area if you so choose. A standard shower is shown, you can switch this to an onyx base shower or walk-in shower if you take out the closet in the laundry. The 18" linen cabinet will be a nice place to keep your towels etc. The vanity is large at 72" and you can choose to add 2 sinks if you so choose.

Bedroom #3 can easily be an office as it is smaller than bedroom #2. Want to use it as a bedroom? Simply make both bedrooms the same size.
