This home is about large living areas. Your living room is expansive with built in bookshelves (or take them out which adds space to your master bedroom. Nice lighting comes in to your living room and you can easily take in your view. The dining room is perfectly sized with lots of windows thus light filled.
Your kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and a bar near the laundry with its own sink. What would you use it for? A coffee bar, open bar,wine cooler, it's up to you. Let's talk bathrooms. These are amazing. Choose whatever shower and tub make your heart sing in this ample space. Freestanding tubs are no problem, Prefer no tubs, let's make the vanity longer. Your walk-in closet is nicely sized. You can easily move the shelves around if you prefer the closet opening to be from the bedroom. Want a linen cabinet? Add it where the wall to the walk-in shower is, that space is so large you can add a stand up dresser.
Two bedrooms are at the front of the house. You'll enjoy a walk-in closet in one of those and love the additional closet storage between these two rooms.
Plan overall measurements: 62' wide. Main section without the extra 2 bedrooms 28'. The extra 2 bedrooms are 13'x28' and approx 364 sq ft.
What if you love this plan and want to make it a 2 BR plan with less square footage. You could turn the office in to a bedroom with access to its own bathroom and make the laundry smaller to give the bedroom more space (3' would be good). Start by taking the closet out of the laundry. You can also make bath #1 smaller. You can add closet space by taking out the tub in the bathroom and moving the shower to that space and also taking out the shelves in the living room behind the shower.
