Roosevelt B

This version is 2' longer than the Roosevelt. This allows for more space in the laundry and the master bathroom (1' each). Two feet have been added to the length of this plan (54' vs 52' to add 50 sq ft). The laundry also does not impeed bedroom #2. The extra sq footage now allows a walk-in shower option. The linen cabinet placement in the master bathroom also varies compared to the Roosevelt. There is also an option for a large pantry in this version. This is a slightly modified version of House 5645 (photos below).

Also note countertop space and a built in sink. The spot where this photo is being taken from would be where optional cubbies could go. Also note the window for natural light. 
Built in shelves can vary but are drawn in to this plan as shown. This allows ample storage room and plenty of counterop space. If you prefer something more simplistic take out the upper cabinets and add in hanging rods for clothes.
