The Preston II and Preston are similiar yet the kitchen is different, which will change the place of the stairs in the Preston II and bath #1 will vary in the plans as does the living and dining room spaces. The Preston II also has an optional island. Note: The photos below are from inventory home 5732. At the time the photos were shot, the countertops, faucets, tile and trim were not finished. You will also see the sub floor.
