This is a smaller version of the Hays most notably with a different island in the kitchen. If you love the plan above but need it smaller, this is for you. The master will feature a walk-in shower which you could add to the home above. The laundry contains a shower thus the extra half bath. Don’t need a shower? Replace this with laundry space, space for a freezer, or choose to keep the layout of the original Hays with the larger pantry and half bath (no shower). Bath #1 does not have a door between the vanities and shower as does the original plan. There is a built in bookshelf in the office. The closets in rooms #2 & #3 vary. The main plan is 56' x 30' vs 62' and 31'8" and section B (other bedrooms) is 24' x 30' vs 30' x 32'6" saving 504 sq ft. House 5675.
