Brighton Variant

This plan is similar to the Brighton plan without the half bath. The plan takes from the Master walk-in closet to create room for a walk-in shower. Bathroom #1 also adds a separate shower and a tub, moving the office closet over thus decreasing the office size. The laundry room is larger in this plan (due to taking out the half bath). Bedroom #2 will have a bump out which you can see on the elevation below. You can choose pieces you like from each plan to create modifications that suite your needs. Refer to house 5510 which is what is featured below.
As far as the kitchen you will notice a oven/stove where the pantry is on the Brighton. The refrigerator has also moved. A bonus bar/prep area has been added opposite the fridge, on the original Brighton plan this is where you would enter the house, yet on this variant you will enter the house through the laundry. This plan does feature a raised bar island, which could be added to the Brighton if you eliminate a wall. The dining area is a rectangle vs octagon. Want to see the Brighton plan?
