This plan is 14 sq ft smaller than the Amherst. The kitchen, pantry, Bath #1, laundry, Bedroom #2, entrance to the master bedroom and linen in the master bathroom all vary though slightly. If you want a slightly smaller plan with no box outs and a pantry right beside the kitchen, this may be your preference. The orginal Amherst II is 1,456 sq ft. There is also a Amherst 1,210 sq ft or add an extensin for 1,262 sq ftas well as an Amherst II plan.
