If you love white cabinets and trim, this is your house. The kitchen island will be black with a rub through for a distressed look (see pic below). This home will feature farmhouse trim which will be simple and an upgrade from our standard trim. The Shaker White cabinets with Windsor 15 doors will be a showcase for black modern features throughout (should you choose black lighting etc). Your island will be full of drawers for easy storage.

You get to choose your own lighting, vanity onyx colors, kitchen countertops and kitchen sink and faucets. AND we now offer Quartz countertops. So choose an economical laminate or go all out with Quartz. You can also have the countertop installed on site by others. A quartz countertop can overhang the island by 14" so you can put stools underneath.

This home features 2 pantries. Yep, one is large and one is tucked away behind the kitchen next to your... coffee bar or media nook (the 18" cabinet is where that will be). You've got Pella sliding door to the back from your dining room.

You're trim will be white and Farmhouse style, your solid core doors will also be painted white. We chose a nice neutral color for your walls (shown below) so your white trim will pop. Your windows are Pella single hung Encompass vinyl in white. Your lights and accessories can be all black if you choose.

Your master suite will feature a single sink vanity and 24" linen cabinet for lots of storage. Enjoy your wood shelves for linens next to your shower. A walk in closet will include some built in shelves as well as hanging space.

Your laundry will include a sink and 48" of counter space. Bedroom #2 even has a walk in closet. The siding color will be Seal (as pictured) and soffits and trim will be white.

This home is built to NE/KS specs thus can be moved anywhere in those states. The porch and garage are up to your own preferences and budget. You will have a nice modern front door from Therma Tru (shown below and in house pic). Yes you can have a one, two or three car garage or choose no garage.
