Kwicket San Clemente door harware on exterior in Black. The patio door will be 8' for lots of light flooding in.

Walls/Halfwall: There will also be 9' sidewalls in this home and a catherdral ceiling. Will be a new 3 X detail painted white along the steps as a half wall.

Arches: Dare we mention the arches? Oh yea there will be 2, one leading to each hall on each side of the house.

Electrical: Upgraded rocker switches and decora outlets. An additonal 23 Nicor disk lights 100 lumen each have been added to ensure plenty of lighting in this home. These lights are selectable with 2700/3000/3500/4000/5000K allows tailoring to the desired light temperature with a setting inside the switch for each location.
