This is a very well thought out home with fabulous design features we have carefully selected. The elevation image about is ai generated. The layout of the house is accurate, you get to choose your own porch and garage. The correct color is shown below it is a light grey not dark as shown in the image above.

Kitchen: Lets tart with two walk-in pantries. A large 87" x 4' kitchen island will give you lots of gathering space. This kitchen will have has of drawers for ease of use. The cabients will be Birch Stone stained with a White Island. Adjacent to the kitchen will be a long coffee bar with 2 white floating shelves above with lots of lighting (dimmable downlighting in the shelves and puck lights above), this will be 12" deep and backs up to bedroom #3's closet. There is some open space below in the center for a dedicated bowl space for your pets. Don't have a pet? No worries there are 3 shelves in that are that can be moved around in 1" increments for your own bar or coffee supplies. There is an outlet in the top shelf space for your laptops, tablets or phone to have their own section (renderings shown below). There will be tape lights on this section to easily light up what is below. There will also be under cabinet tape lights in this kitchen.

Master Bedroom: You'll have 2 walk-on closets. One you can enter from the bedroom and the other from the bathroom. The show stopper will be your 72"x42" onyx base tiled shower. There is a large area for your shampoo and conditioner with hexagon tiles in the nook. You'll get a 10" rain shower over the top and a sprayer on the opposite side of the showerhead (which also makes this shower easy to clean). And ladies you'll have a shelf along the bottom so you can more easily shave your legs, this ledge will have an onyx shelf to match the floor (rendering below).

Lighting: Two puck lights are on the ceiling over your shower and 2 more in the bathroom in addition to the two 3 light bathroom lights over your sink. We'll also be adding one above your shower in bathroom #1 and using a larger light fixture in that bathroom (4 lights vs 3). Your kitchen is lit up with 6 puck lights, the hallway (2 over the shelving nook and one before the bedrooms, two in the laundry and 6 in your living room (and one in the entry) along with wiring for a ceiling fan in the living room.

Doors/Trim: You'll have 3 panel solid core white doors (shown below) and Craftsmas trim. The bedrooms, laundry and master bathroom closet (inside the bathroom) and master bathroom door all have 3' doors. We're going to add some blocking in your master shower for future grab bars should you need them (you'll add the bars in when you need them, but know we've got the blocking in place). The entry closet will be very deep eliminating the shelves in bedroom #3 and will contain an outlet for a vacuum.

Windows/Exterior: Pella Impervia vinyl casement windows with black on the inside and out. This will create a very modern look. The siding will be light gray and the soffits and drip edge will be black. Your front door will be back (white shown below).

You get to decide: Your kitchen countertops, we now offer Quartz, or you can choose laminate or have your countertops installed on-site by others. You can choose your kitchen sink, though it needs to be a farmhouse sink to sit inside the cabinets chosen. We have a suggestion below. You also get to choose your Onyx vanity top colors and tile in the kitchen. Though we have a suggestion for you of Emser Raku 3x8 silver tile (shown below).
