Choose a Standard Custom SeriesPlan or Custom Design
When browsing through our Custom Series plans, please keep in mind you may customize virtually ANYTHING to suit your individual taste and budget. Start with a plan and add the features you desire, increase or decrease your home size to suit your needs and budget. You can also custom design your own plan with the help of your local authorized Wardcraft building professional or local architect.

Value Option. Looking to save on your new home? Choose one of our standard floorplans and receive a per sq ft discount. No changes may be made to receive this discount, it is obtained due to reduced drafting and staff time as these plans have already been completed.

Architectural Styles. Many of our plans reflect a craftsman or colonial style; however, any plan can be changed to reflect the style you like, such as modern or mountain. For instance, siding, cedar shingles in the gables or exterior trim can easily be changed.

Kitchens, Bathrooms & Fireplaces. Like a plan but want a different kitchen or bathroom? Choose one from another home or design your own space adding in the features you’ve always wanted. Fireplaces can be added or deleted from any plan.

Windows & Doors. Plans show varying grilles and window styles, such as casement or single hung. These may be changed as you see fit. Doors can be customized as well.

8', 9', 10' or Vaulted Ceilings. Most one-story homes are designed with an 8' ceiling. Most one and a half and two-story homes are designed with a 9' ceiling on the first floor. Plans with vaulted ceilings show a side elevation, rear elevation or photo. Most plans can be changed to have taller, cathedral or vaulted ceilings.

Porches, Garages, Bonus Rooms & Roof Pitches. Want a wrap-around porch or breezeway? Add another garage space or detach your garage. Most garages and porches are built on-site unless otherwise noted on the specific floorplan page. A bonus room above the garage can be added or taken out, finished now or later. Roof pitches shown on the following pages are noted at the bottom of each floorplan page and can be changed depending on your taste and budget.

Electrical and Lighting. As your plan gets finalized don’t forget to add extra outlets for specific needs, such as locating a TV above a fireplace or additional outlets in a bathroom. Choose exterior outlet locations, such as additional power needs in a garage or extra outlets for convenient holiday lighting. In addition to standard lighting locations, choose to add can lighting, directional lighting, under cabinet or above cabinet accent lighting, extra bathroom lighting, and exterior lighting.

Laundry. Add a countertop, shelves, cabinets and/or a laundry sink. Add a stacked washer/dryer in a master bedroom walk-in closet or any closet in the house that can be modified to 3' deep.

ADA. If accessibility is important to you, design for it now. A 5' ft turning radius in baths and kitchens with roll under work areas and sinks, 3' doors, 42" hallways and an ADA compliant roll in shower are all considerations. Grab bars, or blocking for future grab bars can be added. Light switches can also be lowered and electrical outlets raised.

Solar Orientation. In cooler climates, consider orienting your home so windows maximize solar heat gain, reducing your heating costs.

This is the 2,200 sq ft Liberty plan. It has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a loft and bonus room.
